Unable to write a comment??? Why

I do not seem to be able to post a comment.

Can anyone help me? I am signed in so why not. I do not understand all the categories that are offered so that I can post a comment in response to Wil's snow piece. I can not understand why when I have posted comments in the past I am unable to do so now.

Feeling very pathetic about it all

    Irene, I have no idea why you cannot post a comment. You are doing it exactly the same way you did it in the past? I have not changed anything in the settings.

      I will try and post a comment now Wil and see if after a lapse of time it will now let me.
